Ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached. We will only replace or refund New and Unwashed items; therefore, items that have never been worn except for trying them on can be returned within 14 days.

If the inspection of the goods is unsuccessful, i.e., they do not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back to you. If the inspection of the goods is successful, we will proceed as follows: we will send you a Coupon / Discount Code equal to the value of the returned item, which you can use to place a New Order without any time limit. Alternatively, if the item is not available, we will issue a Refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase on this website (in the case of "Cash on Delivery" payment, the refund will be issued via PayPal or Bank Transfer, to the details provided / declared by the Customer via Email during their request in the procedure indicated above).
