RETURN FOR CHANGES
In case of exercising the right of return for "exchange of goods", the procedure to follow is as follows:
- Write an email to info@apocalissesoldout.it within 14 days of receiving the purchased product, describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
- Follow the return procedure communicated by our Customer Service.
Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached.
We will only replace or refund items returned under the following specific conditions: your items must be New and Unwashed in order to be returned; So unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the email received from our Customer Service in the manner to be followed, the return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. Within the same period, the outcome of the same will be communicated (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made through the same payment method made by the Customer at the time of purchase on this website, in case of purchase with "Cash on Delivery" payment, the refund to the Customer will be made by bank transfer or Paypal, to the coordinates expressed and declared by the Customer by email during his request in the return procedure.
In case of exchange of goods, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only, but the only costs of returning the product for exchanges of goods are charged to the customer.
REFUND
Pursuant to European legislation, you can withdraw from the contract stipulated with ApocalisseSoldOut® within 14 days from the delivery date of the purchased products.
This means that, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, it will be sufficient for you to notify us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of delivery of the same without giving us any reason, by completing and signing the Withdrawal Form which find it here and by sending it to the email address: info@apocalissesoldout.it (or you can use any other unequivocal means of communication, for example "Registered Letter A.R." or "PEC").
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it will be sufficient for you to send us your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
The products must be returned without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract with ApocalisseSoldOut®.
To exercise the Withdrawal it is essential that the purchased goods are intact and have all the tags, that the items have the original packaging, and are New and Unwashed in order to be able to return them: Therefore, if you wish to return a product, moreover, we ask you not to make other use than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep it or not: this means that you can try the items on to check their wearability and size, but you cannot wear or wash them. In the event that failure to comply with these indications occurs, the same involves a reduction in the value of the product, and we may hold you responsible for this reduction in value therefore based on use.
The price paid will be refunded within 30 days following the date of return of the goods, including delivery costs. NB: only the costs of returning the goods are charged to the customer.
We may however withhold the refund until we have in fact received the returned products or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the products (whichever occurs first).
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of Personalized Products requested at the time of placing the Order.
